Understanding Your Baseline 

1. Your level of mental, social, physical and emotional activity that allows you to avoid huge symptom increases or decreases in functioning. 

2. You do not have to be symptom free to be at baseline 

3. You aim for stabilization and predicability, not a roller coaster of highs and lows.

Three Tools To Begin Finding Your Baseline

1. Tracking 

(track your activity, rest, and wobbles, plus other items if you wish). 

2. Pull Back To Expand

(must pull back to move through the soft fence) 

3. Create Routine

(novelty is only useful when its POSITIVE/JOY-INDUCING novelty).
