In this webinar, we explore the behavior of perfectionism; a common, maladaptive behavior pattern that contributes to the formation of MECFS, and is also a road block to recovery for many physiological and practical reasons. We will discuss these realities while seeking to understand better the root of this tendency in our own lives through awareness exercises.
